In the Statute of NAFSC the membership conditions are described as follows:
II. MEMBERSHIP
Membership rights and obligations
Art.10 (1) Membership in the Association is volantarily. Regular members shall be individuals and legal entities.
(2) Regular members of NAFSC can be any legal entity share who the same objectives of the Association and the means for their achievement, observe its statute and pays regularly their membership fees.
(3) Regular member of the Association can be any adult who shares the objectives of the Association and the means for their achievement, observe its statute and pay regularly the membership fee.
Art. 11 Every regular member is entitled to:
1) To participate in the activities of the Association and its General Assembly;
2) To be elected in its Management Boards;
3) To supervise the activities of the Association and its management;
4) To be informed about the activities of the Association;
5) To use the property of the Association and the results of its activities.
Art. 12 Every regular member is obliged to:
1) To pay regularly its membership fees as well as to pay to pay the initial entitlement fee when acquiring membership;
2) To observe the statute of the Association and work for achievement of its objectives;
3) To work for increasing the property of the Association and with his/her behavior to affirm the prestige, authority and influence of the Association.
Art. 13 Membership rights and obligations of the regular members of the Association are non-trsansferable and do not pass to third parties upon death, respectively upon termination. Pursuit of the membership rights may be granted to another entity by explicit authorization.
Art. 14 (1) С The Association may also accept associate members after its establishment and entry in the register of the non-profit legal entities as a non-profit legal entity, maintained by the Registry Agency. Associated members may be individual for a period not exceeding 1 (one) year from the date of his/her acceptance as an associate member of the Association. After the expiration of 1 (one) year from the date of his/her acceptance as an associate member, the associate member shall declare his/her willingness to become a regular member of the Association otherwise his/her membership is terminated as an associate member of the Association.
(2) Associate member of the Association can be any adult who shares the objectives of the Association and the means for their achievement, observe its statute and pay regularly the membership fee.
(3) Membership rights and obligations of the associate members of the Association are non-trsansferable and do not pass to third parties upon death. Pursuit of the membership rights of the associated members shall not be granted to another individual.
(4) Every associate member is of the Association is entitled:
1) To be informed about the activities of the Association;
2) To use the property of the Association and the results of its activities;
3) to raise topics of common interest and participate in the work of the General Assembly with the right to an advisory vote.
(5) The associated members are not entitled:
1) Vote in the General Assembly, they are entitled only to an advisory vote;
2) To be elected in its Management Boards;
3) To supervise the activities of the Association and its management.
(6) The associate members areobliged to:
1) To pay regularly its membership fee;
2) To observe the statute of the Association and work for achievement of its objectives;
3) To work for increasing the property of the Association and with his/her behavior to affirm the prestige, authority and influence of the Association.
